Keeping up with the pack nicely, well done lads! Away form is really something to be proud of at the moment.

who would have thought that the away form would be the thing that would really be setting our season alight... if we can start turning the draws into wins at the fortress god only knows where we might finish this season!

Were we away from home today? The support was amazing, and it was great to see another load of home supporters on their way home before the final whistle, great day and a great result.

watching the game, i dont recll hearing a single word from the birmingham suporters all game, whilst the pompey supporters were constantly singing...but then, that could just be the position of the microphone...

Interesting Stat 19 goal attempts with 11 on target...shows the domination. We seem to replicating Liverpool (a force on the road but failing to put teams by the sword on home soil)....maybe next week but not easy meat once again. Well not meat at all really...maybe sticky toffees.

Davis for all his excellent work is rattling up the bookings. He has had a one match ban for 5 yellows. I think he has got another 3, two more & that's a 2 match ban. We'll be short of Diop & Sulley for 6-8 weeks in the New Year. We need SD playing.

Agree strorage although it's part of his game its almost as if I hope he gets booked twice agin soon so he can serve any suspension before the ACN .. He's been a cracking player for us this year .. who would have thought it.

Away form is really something else isn't it .. we just keep racking up the points and sticking with the pack - I think the top four (despite Man u's slip up) will be there or thereabouts then with us , Villa, Man City Blackburn and Everton and maybe West Ham or Spurs you've already got the top ten.... What happens then is anybodys guess.. but as long as we keep banging them in we will be up there..... We're all going on a european tour ... Hopefully !

im sticking to my theory that at least 1 new team will break into the top 4... whilst im not expecting it to be pompey of course, the longer we stay there or thereabouts the better chance we have of doing so.

No More Quarter Final Replays For Pompey

Should Portsmouth progress through to an FA Cup quarter final from the 2016/17 season onwards, the game will no longer be subject to a replay.

On this day in history...27th May

A look back at this day in history, and what was happening with Pompey courtesy of our sister site PompeyRama, 27th May.

Chesterfield's O'Shea targeted

Although so far Pompey have had two bids turned down for Chesterfield's O'Shea. Will, assuming another bid (as it's expected) is made, it be third time luck for the Blues?

It wasn't Real Madrid but Bristol City isn't bad!

Contrary to what I just wrote (muppet that I am) this isn't at Fratton this is at Ashton Gate with Pompey heading to Bristol City on Saturday 30th July, with a 3pm kick-off.
