MoTD really didnt do it justice. 29 attempts on goal! thats more than some teams manage in a season. 65% of posetion is...incredible! and you would have thought that with goals going in every 5 mins, reading would be commiting more fouls - but no, it was a clean game too.

agreed MoTD was pathetic, but be honest they needed the space for a "stunning nil-nil draw at chelski". Lucky for me i was able to watch it on sky.

by the sound of thing, they needed to play the entire second half. Normally, they show (preety uch) every shot on goal...it would have been great if they had shown all 29 of them!

lets face it our match was probably going to be one of the last matches shown, but with it being a record setter they had to put it on 1st - they had no option, but they still only used the 'highlights' they would have shown anyway... thankfully i recorded it again on football first and will watch it over and over again, anyone that hasnt seen it you have to watch it - it wont be the same as it was being there, that is something i will always treasure, but it will do it justice! what a game

Missed Match of the Day, but who gives a toss what Hansen and Shearer say, Hansen was fortunate to be in a good team and Shearer bottled joining a club where he would have won things, come back Bob Wilson and Jimmy Hill

dissent - and he didnt agree with the penalty disision. the so called "pudits" said absolutley nothing about the game what so ever. it was a real dissopointment

nevertheless ive added the motd highlights package to my dvd of the whole match from football first - just for added quality at the end, well goals quality anyway...

they didnt show much else did they? i think they showed..1 shot per side that didnt go in - the johnson miss, and the penalty. That, compared the the chelski game... a 0-0 draw, ouldnt have been more exciting could it?

i dont think of it as 'a johnson miss' mate - it was a fantastic save from the keeper, the best that i have ever witnessed with my own eyes at a game and ive seen alot of games with alot of great saves...

The Mansfield Low Down

PompeyFrippy looks ahead to Mansfield where Pompey MUST win in order to keep alive the hopes of beating Doncaster - who end this if they beat Exeter - and Plymouth to the title.

Over and out?

Noel Hunt's Pompey career could be over? A dislocated shoulder, at Hartlepool, means the former Southend man will not feature against Mansfield or Cheltenham.

Burgess - we can go again in league one

Christian Burgess, like the rest of us, is enjoying Pompey's promotion to league one BUT he's not content to settle at that level - he's already eyeing the Championship.

Winger returns but full back on his way out?

Ex-Chelsea & Walsall winger Lalkovic is back at Pompey, ahead of the proposed end to his Ross loan. Talbot looks as if his Blues days are numbered, a Chesterfield return is mooted?
