I would agree Pompeygray if we had other silverware, although i have to say would be disappointed to sacrifice 40 points for a place in that cup final. My geordie mate said that we seemed to be sunshine boys on the day, but like me he still see us coming away with 9 points from the next 12 including our next trip to newcastle ( if it is dry he says). In regards to todays game the reason a good performance and clean sheet win gainst reading is impotatant is because we will need it as a confidence builder for the game against Man U next week.
