Interestingly last year we had even more shots on goal, but now our defence is so much better - great game Sol, David, Linvoy, Glen and Dejan - loved the dive on top of the ball !

Agree with Westov, Benji was quality - especially in laying on the goal for Toddy. Then again, he was far better at the tail end of last season than half the tv pundits give him credit for.

I've always liked Benjani, so now some of those so called "pundits" can eat some humble pie, which in all fairness some a starting to!

No More Quarter Final Replays For Pompey

Should Portsmouth progress through to an FA Cup quarter final from the 2016/17 season onwards, the game will no longer be subject to a replay.

On this day in history...27th May

A look back at this day in history, and what was happening with Pompey courtesy of our sister site PompeyRama, 27th May.

Chesterfield's O'Shea targeted

Although so far Pompey have had two bids turned down for Chesterfield's O'Shea. Will, assuming another bid (as it's expected) is made, it be third time luck for the Blues?

It wasn't Real Madrid but Bristol City isn't bad!

Contrary to what I just wrote (muppet that I am) this isn't at Fratton this is at Ashton Gate with Pompey heading to Bristol City on Saturday 30th July, with a 3pm kick-off.
