Had plenty of chances alright. On closer inspection I'm not sure the Norris effort fully went past the line, I would have given the goal to Benji, but the linesman did flag for Norris.

Some positives to build upon, teams ate playing on Pompeys poor discipline. What people will remember is 0 points.

Cripes: 6 yellows and a red to their one red. And even their red was an ex Pompey player............ Well how could they get any reds or yellows? They spent most of their time on the floor.

No More Quarter Final Replays For Pompey

Should Portsmouth progress through to an FA Cup quarter final from the 2016/17 season onwards, the game will no longer be subject to a replay.

On this day in history...27th May

A look back at this day in history, and what was happening with Pompey courtesy of our sister site PompeyRama, 27th May.

Chesterfield's O'Shea targeted

Although so far Pompey have had two bids turned down for Chesterfield's O'Shea. Will, assuming another bid (as it's expected) is made, it be third time luck for the Blues?

It wasn't Real Madrid but Bristol City isn't bad!

Contrary to what I just wrote (muppet that I am) this isn't at Fratton this is at Ashton Gate with Pompey heading to Bristol City on Saturday 30th July, with a 3pm kick-off.
