Lewis Stockford out on loan

With the window opening tomorrow, Lewis Stockford has tweeted that he is going out on a one month loan.

Great for him if he can get some first team experience, but not too sure how Cotterill will take him announcing it on Twitter.

another that will leave us at the end of the season then... nope, in all seriousness will do him good to go out on loan and 'hopefully' get some football - any ideas who to?
bournemouth perhaps... not sure that cotts will like him 'tweeting' this tho tbh!

I would expect somewhere local Rug, so it would be no surprise to see him turn up at Bournemouth, or maybe Swindon or Cheltenham.

suspect we 'owe' bournemouth one so the deal that brought pearce back was always likely to involve the loan or two of a player out - would not surprise me, altho i would like to keep him in and around the 1st team, if williams also went out...
pompeyrug
not bournemouth, salisbury apparently...

Salisbury, what a waste of time!

... er ..... with all due respect to the Salisbury fan :-)

its a good standard, the lad has to start some where.

It's the right move to send him out on loan, and I hope he can prove that he has what it takes to break into our first team. Although I disagree with him announcing this through Twitter. No matter who the player is, these things should be left to the OS.
