Season ticket money protection?



Season ticket money protection or was that only for one season?

Referring back to the ups and downs of this season and PFC, during this season 2010/2011 we were assured about the protection of our money (here.)

Does all that stop now and we are again open to losing our money?

I am sure someone on 'Vital' knows, and I would be interested about the answer.

If the answer is yes then fair enough; however if the answer is no what risks are we running?

    My take on it is that the whole point of the club not allowing debit/ credit cards in the early bird window (or should that be 'cat-flap) is that they are trying to renegotiate this payment protection that exists from last season. That is renegotiate it so that it isn't there anymore and the club get all the money up-front. Otherwise, if you can make a purchase on a credit card, there is an element of payment protection that you don't get with cash/cheques/debit cards, but if you can't pay with a credit card you don't get that. There's also a 10% fee on credit cards (and 5% on debit cards) when you can use them. We were thinking of looking at the finance deal to see if that gave us some payment protection, but I've heard too much about Zebra Finance being dodgy, that I don't think that's an option I would go near. So I think, Mick, and others will correct me if I'm wrong, we have no payment protection whatsoever!
