Pompey talk with BuzzBee

Pompey talk with BuzzBee
I know it was a miserable season, overall, and reflecting on parts of it will be the last thing you want to do but we had to take one for the team!
So, sum up the 2009/10 season in 3 words?
Something abit different!

What was your season highlight?
FA cup semi!

12-months ago things were meant to be looking 'a lot brighter' with SAF taking over, we all know this panned out! Charlatans come and gone and we are where we are now. But what are your hopes for our future?
Hope to get a few good players in next season, another good cup run! And then get back to the Prem!

Lets be honest, not much, if anything will come through the Fratton gates player wise this summer. Even so, who, realistically, would you like us to sign this summer? Taking into account we will spend little, or no money, assuming we are not under a continued transfer embargo anyway...
We could do with another goal scorer, so somebody like Billy Sharp not too much money proven in this league! And then try to get JO'H back on loan!

Several will go for sure, but who would be the player that you would choose to sell if you could anyway, and why?
Boateng, surely he won't want to stay so why keep a player who doesn't want to stay at us in a lower leagueee???

And the player that you would love us to keep at Fratton Towers if we could, and why?
Jamie O'Hara, just an extraordinary player!

What are you hoping for from Pompey in the 2010/11 season?
Promotion? Money? Players?

How many Pompey games do you expect to attend?
Hopefully 5 or 6 living away from Portsmouth though!

Finally, as it is a world cup summer how do you think England will do?
Quarter Finals...

Feel free to add anything else you would like to here?
Pompey...Life!

technically 'something a bit different' is 4 words, but as you put 'abit' as one, like most do, i kept it that way :-)
thanks for the answers Buzz!

Good luck Ben!

In an ideal world Davies would have agreed a new deal and stayed with Pompey next season but Grimsby have been able to offer him the stability of a two-year deal we couldn't.

Versatile former Arsenal man in on trial?

Deacon, who started out with Arsenal has been with Stevenage and Crawley with the latter releasing him at the end of last season. Cookie will 'run the rule' over him in pre-season?
