Please don't leave Peter!

Please don't leave Peter!
Now I know this is something that he will more than likely read as he makes it very clear that he trawls through forums to find the fans opinions!

I have just watched the interview on SSN and you have many emails from fans, but this is another appeal to you.

And is simply to say don't leave!!!

I believe that SAF has asked Peter to stay on, and this is exactly what is needed. SAF knows nothing about running the club, and although I'm very grateful someone has taken over the club, I do admit, I would have preferred Storrie's consortium as:

1- They appear to have more money and actually secure.
2- Were happy to invest so quickly and nothing seems dodgy.
3- Storrie would have headed it and would be even more so in charge of the club, meaning someone who knows what they are doing.

SAF has asked Storrie to stay on and with the interview just seen, Storrie wants to do so, which is brilliant.

Now pleaseee Peter, crack on with your job, and help us use some money that SAF is gonna pump in and help us survive in this league, and move onwards and upwards, no more confusion (persuade SAF to announce something!!!)

You were screwed over by Sacha, not SAF, he wants you, we want you, the club needs you!

PLAY UP POMPEY!

Can i draw your attention to this NEW Petition i have just been advised of. I dont see any signatures on it yet, but maybe it has a delay on the site? I think its a worth while attempt to try and sway SAF and Pater to do the right thing, so maybe worth signing? http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/FahimStorrieUnite/

SAF wants him , if he wants to stay he will - if he wants to play the martyr he won't; no need for petitions or protests.

Yep, I want Storrie to stay. He was very interested to help this club with his plan B. We need someone who has been at the helm of a football club and get us sorted. Storrie can. SaF is too busy to do that and inexperienced.

Just adds to the soap story mix. Just hope SAF doesn't use PS then get's rid. Totally agree with the article where I'd hoped PS would take over. Stranger things have happened where somewhere down the line he might if SAF can't come up with the goods.

I don't know a lot about Storrie but I can't see anyone better to be organising Pompey at the moment. Certainly not SAF, who can't organise a press conference

On this day in history...26th June

A look back at this day in history, and what was happening with Pompey courtesy of our sister site PompeyRama, 26th June.

Done Deal - Smith in permanently from Swindon

The interest Pompey retained in Smith, with him 'in our sights' has resulted in him returning to the Blues on a permanent basis after signing for an 'undisclosed fee' from Swindon.

Cushioning the blow

Much, that needed saying, about Webster's exit for Ipswich and the arrival of Clarke in return (and cash) has been said hasn't it? Doyle's been spot on with what he said.

Swindon striker in 'Pompey's sights'

Michel Smith, who was of course on loan last season, could return? He's still in 'Pompey's sights' by all accounts after Swindon informed him he's 'surplus to requirements' now.
