Fans Sing Song Facebook Group

Fans Sing Song Facebook Group
The one thing we fans can do, and I felt we have been doing in the main, is to keep the songs coming, and the atmosphere buzzing.

I am not interested in opening a debates on "Should Johnny this", "Should the North stand, South stand, Fratton End..." etc etc.

I am trying to promote (for anyone with facebook at least), a facebook group my son started asking ALL Pompey fans for ideas on songs (new and old), with the more people we get involved the more likely these new, or old, or re-vamped songs have of catching on...

Look how quickly, and simple Na Na Na (To Torres), and the V-signs caught on on against Liverpool the other Saturday... It shows that with Johnny, without Johnny, with Bell, or without bell, we ALL want to get behind the team still, and want to have a good ol' sing along :-)

If anyone is interested in the link to the group, its here.

i don't do Facebook, or any other similar sites, its a decision I'm comfortable with. Can't we keep this on the Vital site instead?

you can do what you like, its just i read somewhere that we dont have a site where fans will ALL go and add songs and thats what Liverpool do, hence their hugely applaudable ability to get their songs off the ground. As most youngsters already use facebook, my son has a section on their for pompey fans to add new songs, hence my point in advertising it. Unlike Vital (whick i rate), its not got forums so is not banned from a lot of Work intranets... i guess its a catch 22, but i am glad there has been an enormous take up to the link, Onwards and upwards, maybe someone can get another site off the ground then, that we are all happy with.

Pompey Predictions League - update #9

The Pompey Predictions League is part of this site now isn't it. Would it be the same without? This continued with a defeat at Scunthorpe - Bristol Rovers visit next.

The Bristol Rovers Low Down

I feel Saturday's result against Scunny was one that many of us might have expected, and this game should be one we can bounce back for.

A run is coming... we think

Scunthorpe was always going to be a tough but confidence was high after the Fratton Park win over Fleetwood - successive home game against Bristol Rovers and Oldham could start a run?
