UEFA Cup Final



And yes we can look forward to being in Europe & challenging many others in the UEFA Cup.

If you remember the pain & aggro of getting hold of 34,000 tickets for our semi & 25,000 for the final have a moment & think that this years UEFA Final is at the City of Manchester Stadium. It holds 44,000.

Rangers & the Russians only get 13,000 tickets each. That's all. What a naff amount. Your team gets to a European final & you get 13,000 tickets. What a shambles.

Great to know the fans are being looked after again!

For now I will settle for winning the FA Cup but imagine if we were able to get to next years final & be offered 15,000ish tickets?

The Cup Final and promise of the UEFA Cup have destroyed my end of season Premier enjoyment. Does anyone else agree.

No oo7. We have plenty of end of seasons to come but we may not have another FA Cup for a long time.

I would imagine it would depend on where the final would be held, but you would think we would sell this amount where ever it was.

would we really sell this many if it was in greece, russia, bulgaria etc.? i have a feeling we might struggle a bit. remember how many liverpool fans there were in hongkong compared to pompey fans!

Liverpool fans in hong kong 50% of the residents 40% Manure fans 5% Arsenal 5% the rest it's the same all over the far east, I take your point on eastern europe thou as it would be mid week too, but I am putting pompey on the map in Chiang Mai (Thailand) have a 5'x3' Pompey flag outside our music pub there.
