Congratulations To Aldershot

Congratulations To Aldershot
That makes them the second biggest team in Hampshire, behind us of course.

I remember seeing Pompey win 2-0 away at Aldershot in the late 1970s, one of my earliest away day memories.

We welcome them & hope they are successful in cementing themselves back into the big time.

I also have happy memories of the Recreation Ground, Aldershot. Went there once and saw them slaughter Bradford City 6 0 - and Reany and Madeley were playing for Bradford!! Think I still have the scarf somewhere!! Welcome back "The Shots"!!

Great news! Well done the Shots. I actually attended their penultimate game last time round where fans from various clubs were making efforts to save them so for me it is great that they have now come full circle.
