Pompey? vs. Fulham

Hong Kong somewhere

On Sky

Pompey v Fulham

Pompey enter the unknown, but playing playing familiar opponents nonetheless, Asia is not our usual early season destination, but a cup is up for grabs at the end of a good work out.

Vital Quotes:

3-5-2 is the cry for the Pompey camp, an attacking formation which played off nicely in Div 1, so I suppose a friendly tournament against decent opposition is as good as place as any to see if we could succeed in the Premiership with such a game plan.

Pompey? Team News:

No Kanu as yet, but plenty of others will be hoping to stamp their mark on the team early doors, Utaka will be making his debut no less and players like Nugent and Muntari will be looking to further bed in.

Player to watch: Kranjcar

A formation geared to suit his undoubted quality, its up to him to show its worth it.

Fulham Team News:

Fulham will be lookung the same way us, a good work out and a chance to blood a few new signings.

Player to watch: Healy

A lot to prove in the the big leagues, but Sanchez brings out the best in him.

1-0 it was with Matty Taylor also cracking one against the bar in the closing moments. Go Pompey in the Final.
