Pompey entertain West ham at Fratton, just a month after a demoralising defeat in the reverse fixture, revenge will no doubt be on our minds.

Pompey have struggled to fill the bench in recent games, Diop and Brown have both managed to pick up injuries at the weekend and the problem may be worse, Finnan and Smith are both training again though.
David James and David Nugent both remain Pompey players, but both are hankering for action elsewhere so won't figure, Nugent's loan is not officially complete until midnight Tuesday anyway.
The side is going to look very much like it did on Saturday, Utaka has earned his place, while Basinas must be banging the door down, Mullins stands by.

John is finally finding his form after a two year sabatical, if he can keep it up we may have a real asset, he needs to justify his 30k wages somehow!
West Ham Team News:
Carlton Cole is on the cusp of rejoining the starting eleven, he may have to make do with a bench spot though.
Perma-injured Dyer is joined by Gabbidon on the sidelines.
Zola can enjoy moving from looking over his shoulder for players moving on to the luxury of a bit of financial stability.

May seem an obvious one, but he is the man we have to beat.

Utaka on 30k a week! and the rest. Lets hope he can keep up his form and start earning it. If he carries on like he has been I think he's the missing forward we've been looking for. I've always supported him as a player because it's only now he's been played upfront where he's at his best so we should see the best of him. People have to remember the majority of his pompey career has been under Redknapp who never played him upfront or even gave him a chance there.

Yeh I checked him out on Wiki also. It's funny that in the article this morning it talks about his footballing career at Udinese and Sampdoria. Then you read on on the Wiki page and see he only ever played 10 mins of a match for Udinese & never featured for Sampdoria.
Was interesting that himself and the Libyan Government wanted to create a semi-autonomous city similar to Hong Kong in Libya.

Absolutely rudderless. Mokoena, Mullins and Basinas aren't worth half a Diarra, or Sean Davis for that matter. Difficult to see what else Avram could do with the team, he put faith in the system that worked against Sunderland and it didn't really work here. You could argue that we've got nothing to lose but when you're in the situation we're in I guess you set the team up for damage limitation. However, that isn't the way we want our teams set up, we want to see some fight.

i'm sorry i've just got in from the match and i have NO idea what any of you are complaining about re Avram, we we're playing with what we had and from where i was sitting we were playing a 4-4-2 with utaka and piq up front or at least with utaka just behind, i do agree he should have put borre on from the start though but it was a good game and if you look at the stats we where the best team on the night. and if we had diop and brown i think we would have had West ham easy, and lets face it their goal was lucky as **** anyway!
