Pompey Predictions League – update table no.24

Over to uspompeyfan with the next update to the game in the 2016-17 season...

A New Year began with a crowd in full voice and a promotion 6-pointer as we were pitted against the team directly below us. A game where Pompey could have dominated, especially when Luton's top player left with a broken leg, ended with a nervous crowd whistling for the end of the game, going home without their finger nails.

The 1-0 win did benefit the vast majority of predictors with 5 points, with only three failing to produce, strangely enough all of them, female, including my own two daughters. Not to be sexist, the only maximum point scorer was Daughter of Wiggy, another female, who pulled into a 40 point lead. The rest of the table was left unchanged except for the increase in points.
