I hear we have signed the blind squirrel & he is preferred to McLeod.

I'm sneaking off for 5 days of winter sun, back on Monday, so will miss Donny, but catch Orient.

I've found myself getting super negative due to the ongoing shite off the pitch & ongoing shite on the pitch. A break will do me good.

I'll be relishing Orient I expect.

I'm hoping for a Pompey win. Just wondering where the goals are coming from. I hope Guy gets a couple in, as I think we need "something". If we have budget, then let's freshen it up. Let's not drift into League Two, but go down fighting if we must.

I have no reason to lose the negativity as it all seems very downbeat off the pitch - and ,as we know, on the pitch has been atrocious
I can't see where our next goal is coming from right now ,let alone our next win
Unlike Timothy,i have to wait until Nov 30th before i get off for 15 days sun so will have to endure the game on Saturday
Unfortunately,i don't miss too many games when i am away!!!!!!!!!!!!!

like i broken record, i know, but Tim would you really agree that 'if' more jobs are at threat should we really be bringing in more players?

the thought, as much as i know we DO need it as what we have will take us - even tho 'on paper' it shouldnt - one way, leaves me very uneasy...

so, the way i see it if we are going to go down again anyway could we not argue that we can fight this by using some of our own that wont cost us anymore?

as for the game, in all honesty i expect another defeat, i just hope if this comes we give a good fist of it and offer a genuine threat to donny...

The FL expect teams to compete ,not roll over and have their tummies tickled
This all seems to have come about since Appy walked -- maybe this was the final straw for him?
Maybe he knew what was coming - just as a certain Sandbank wanchor knew

But Rug, any business in admin has a threat of job losses. How real is that threat, not sure?

Has the Trust budgeted for further job cuts? Perhaps. If not, then surely they wouldn't want to see the team a dead-cert rather than a possibility for relegation?

I can't tell if there will be job cuts, but I take some comfort that the administrator wouldn't be spanking money on players if we couldn't afford it.

Mart, you may be onto something.

Agree Rug, Benson is capabe on his day at this level and Izale has been crying out for a bit of help. New blood was also needed to liven things up and give the squad a bit of a lift I reckon. Guy will not stand for us rolling over and as a former PT in the army he will have em raring to go too so I am optimistic. Saying that, the oppo are very good and are right up there after a slow start so it will be one of the most tricky games this season so far. I'll go with 2-1 Pompey as I am hoping the likes of Howard and Buz will step up their games aginst a better team - and its about time they did!!

Really miss the commentary on games. Can't seem to find any streams anymore!

A win would cap a brilliant week for Portsmouth. PUP PPU
