'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Surely not - but you never know...

Some 'reports' are saying that Joe Jordan is in the running for the job down the road...

With George Burley having taken over as the Scotland coach there is a vacancy with the 'the lot down the road' and the thought is that Jordan - who spent some time as a player with them - is in the running, and possibly even a front runner for the post?

Jordan is a real unsung hero at Fratton Park who has done so much in the past - as he is now - and a lot of this often goes unnoticed, so if we did lose him it would be a massive blow to us.

I am not sure there is 'too much substance' to these 'rumours', but even considering who it is he would leave to join you could understand why he would accept it if it came along, but surely this will not happen - but you can never say never can you, as we all know...

Untill he comes out and says he's going I'm not going to think about loosing coaching staff to the scum.

Doubt this one very much. Yes he has played there but they need someone with experience the mess they are in or they may slip even further down the ladder :-) . So on second thoughts maybe.

"HR" could return, anything is possible!!!

Stop talking bollox 007. Jordan did play for them, he may feel it's time to step up but I hope dosen't.
storagematt
Yess.. shut up 007 lol you muppet. Joe may go and take them down another level, finish the job Harry started lol, but in all honesty i cant see this happening. FFS in a minute you'll be trying to make us think that Benjani, O'neil and Taylor may leave. lol

The fish are biting today.

you do get yourself into some pickles dont you 007 :-) i think that you said that tounge in cheek - i also think the responses were said as such too... agreed it is not 'that likely' that joe will go, i think he is on a good thing here so pray he doesnt as we'll certainly notice the difference if he did - and it would show...
pompeyrug
it always seems that players and staff go when you think they'll stay, and leave when theres no reason for them to go. but theres no way joe jordan will go.

...TELL THE SCUMMERS WHERE TO GO !

i dont think that joe will go, but scum are hard up for cash so he wouldnt go in there expected large amounts of money like some others would would he, so you can never say never - but i dont think he will go, sure as hell hope not anyway!
pompeyrug
It won't be Joe to go .. They're waiting for Keegan to get the sack at Newcastle... word here in Salisbury is the Salisbury Town manager Nick Holmes is in the running..... A Scummer to Scummers that'll suit me .. it might even mean the house prices go up if the buggers off out of town..
