'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Mon: 'Pompey @ 9'

Welcome to a new week of “Pompey @ 9.”

> POMPEY NEWS<

Brian Priske wants to leave Portsmouth in the summer. He is unhappy at the lack of football he has played. I also think he should have had more of a chance.

The most shocking of all the Portsmouth news today, Harry has said that not all of the signings were his! Click Here for more on this amazing revelation.

Dario Silva has been released by Portsmouth. He goes after the player and club agreed a pay off. Click Here for more on this story for more on this story.

Harry Redknapp has said that he doesn’t think we are going to get relegated.

Pompey Online has responded to my argument that Harry should stay in charge for next season and I will be responding if I have not already. Click Here

> POMPEY RUMOURS <

I brought you news that a Portsmouth player may have been arrested. The new rumour is that he faces charges in Belgium.

Not all Harry’s players were Harry’s.
CONFIRMED

> YOUR VIEWS <

Lots of them today!

'We need stabilty and HR can bring that. We can't afford to keep chopping & changeing managers each season. It doesn't work look at the comedy show down the Red end of the M27. That's proof in itself. I for one support HR and we all know what he is capable of in the Premiership and Championship. Support PFC & HR and we may have a chance of staying up or coming straight back up at the first attempt.' Nelson

'i think this actical is one io posted but you have evaluated and it very good keep it up good articles' pompeyboy

“Sometimes it's better to have stability than being flashy. Look at Crewe - Dario Gradi's been there 26 years and they would never think of getting rid of him. And, at least the players know where they stand if the boss doesn't keep changing all the time.' NeilBaker

'Toddy is a goal poacher not a striker he needs someone alongside and feed of them. That's why his goals got us promoted to the Premiership. Lua Lus is the creator, Toddy when given the chance will be the scorer.' Nelson

“mark hateley has got to be the best one season wonder we ever had
biley, quinny and paul walsh/whittingham combo was class” paultsmouth

> TOPIC OF THE DAY <

Will Portsmouth stay up?

“even the most optimistic tunnel-visioned fan must have serious reservations towards relegation now, or am i being negative?” Paultsmouth

“i know it seems daft, but i think i much prefer chasing promotion than fighting relegation, the football is more gung-ho the crowd more passionate, and the players more to aim for” paultsmouth

The vote suggests you Pompey fans think we are going down! Well the majority of you anyway.

We will stay up: 32%
We will go down: 68%

Today’s topic of the day is…….. Who is right Vital Pompey or Pompey Online? Pompey online are arguing that Harry Redknapp should leave in the summer. I am arguing that he should stay. So the simple question is should Harry stay or go in the summer?

Harry is the type of manager that can persuade a player to stay at this club. If they want to leave for more money then so be it, but if we have someone else bought in to manage this club then he will want to make his mark by signing more players and bringing in a new backroom team. If we go down and Harry leaves in the summer we won't be back for a few years thats for sure. We need to draw a line under the Harry / Scum year and now back him as PFC manager. Let the players know on the pitch we have trust in Harry and then they will play for the badge of Portsmouth Football Club once again.

Wonder what the percentage would be now for going down, I bet more than 85%.
