Vital Fantasy Football - 'Pompey mini league'

Finally in the 14th round of games, and after more than 3 months - I would guess - there is a change in the Vital Fantasy Football 'Pompey mini league' as Crazy Cats takes top spot with 825 points in total. After 13 games The Pompey Chimes drops to 2nd with 816 points, while maradona_kebab retains 3rd for an 8th game running, with 806 points overall.

Crazy Cats, The Pompey Chimes and maradona_kebab remain in the top 40 of over 4700 entries overall - in 17th, 26th and 39th places respectively - congratulations fellas.

You can still enter a team by going to www.vitalfantasyfootball.co.uk. If you do, also get yourself into the mini league to by using these details.

'Pompey predictions league'

It was a good week in the Pompey Predictions League for the Derby game - but lets face it had we not beaten Derby there would be something very wrong.

blueexile was the highest points scorer this time with 6 points - correctly going for the win, a 3-1 win scoreline and also getting Benjani right as one of the goalscorers.

There was however no change in the top 3 as pompeyrug retained top spot for an 8th game running, with 4 points taking him onto 46 points in total. Chix retains 2nd place, also for an 8th game running, 4 points from him moved him onto 42 points overall and steaming retains 3rd for a 6th game running on 39 points, also picking up a further 4 points this time round.

If you missed out on predicting for the Derby game, as well as any others it is never too late - just start with your predictions for the next with United at Old Trafford on Wednesday week. So if you have not already made your predictions on this game with United do it here.

I'll usually jinx Pompey with a prediction but I'll join for next season if they run it again. Well done to the brave who are in there.

Evans - Right back or right midfield?

Drew Talbot and Adam Buxton are fit but Gareth Evans continues to fill in at right back. Should this change? If so where would it leave the battle between Evans and Carl Baker?
