Why Pompey Online is Wrong!!!

Why Pompey Online is Wrong!!!

I really don’t get where you’re coming from!

Harry Redknapp was the only half decent manager available at the time and still will be at the end of the season!

>NOW<

Would you have preferred Bobby Robson? He receives pension money now although I do agree he is a legend.

Or maybe you would have like George Burley because he is doing well!

Or what about Warnock? I think he is going to blow Sheffield United’s promotion hopes!

>END OF THE SEASON<

You say you wanted Redknapp to go, are we going to get Sven to manage a Championship club? There is no one available and even if there was Harry would still be the best choice!

> BAD REASONS<

There number one reason was he has played O’Neil in three different positions. For goodness sake he is a footballer although he is better in the middle if he wants to play for England or a big club he has to be versatile.

Your second reason was that he plays Noe Paramount instead of Priske in what Redknapp called his best line up before the Man U game. Well you’re wrong. His best line up includes neither of them. He would play Linvoy at right back and Dejan in the middle.

The third reason was the amount of first team football Toddy has had and that he wasn’t even in the squad on Saturday. Well apparently he was injured in training Friday. The reason Toddy hasn’t been playing is because we have been playing 4-5-1 and I don’t care how good you think Toddy is he cannot play up front on his own! He simple isn’t strong enough.

Well Pompey fans do you think Harry should go in the summer? I don’t but I’d love to hear who you would appoint if he did go?

I am a lot calmer now!!

We need stabilty and HR can bring that. We can't afford to keep chopping & changeing managers each season. It doesn't work look at the comedy show down the Red end of the M27. That's proof in itself. I for one support HR and we all know what he is capable of in the Premiership and Championship. Support PFC & HR and we may have a chance of staying up or coming straight back up at the first attempt.

On this day in history...30th May

A look back at this day in history, and what was happening with Pompey courtesy of our sister site PompeyRama, 30th May.

No Crawley return for Tubbs

Tubbs doesn't have a future at Pompey, he's on the transfer-list but offloading him could be difficult given his wages. These wouldn't be anywhere within Crawley's reach.

Pitfalls of Sheffield Wednesday loanee returning

As Catlin put it 'the gamble' of aiming sign Sheffield Wednesday loanee Lavery has to be one Pompey fans understand. It isn't as cut and dried as saying 'he's a free agent' sign him!

Lassie coming home...well sort of!

A-box-to-box player, capable of defensive duties, with ability to burst forward with intent to make things happen - Diarra is Pompey's man and wants an England return. I jest of course!
