Lua Lua: I'll be at training!

Lua Lua will amazingly continue with training in a bid to “carry on.” I hope that he didn’t feel that he had to come back to training as I’m sure, not a single Portsmouth fan would have begrudged him time of work.

He remarked, "I appreciate everyone respecting my wishes. I have just got to try to carry on by coming into training."

He continued by explaining that he had not been told about his sons death until after the African cup of nations. Many reports in Africa have said that he wasn’t told because “they thought it would affect his performance.” I’m sorry but there are some things more important than football!

He added, "I am in total shock. I did not know about it until my dad told me," he explained.

I don’t believe that Lua Lua will be in the right frame of mind to play on Saturday however the fact he has returned to training would suggest that he wants to be apart of this weeks game.

Reports had suggested that he looked like he was on his way to Tottenham.

If he is in the squad for Saturdays game then he will be reminded how much the Portsmouth fans love him!

Keep your views coming in as I will be discussing everything you have to say on the matter in tonight’s addition of “Pompey @ 9.”
