John Utaka will be Pompey's top goalscorer this season! Not my vote, yours - although these findings from pompey4me's poll are thoughts that I could easily share, but were not the way I voted personally.
The Nigerian forward, who although Harry Redknapp keeps saying wants to be played as an out and out striker has seemed more than comfortable wide left or right, with the early performances also bringing goals.
2 goals in 4 matches at the start of his Pompey career has seen things start very well, so his pace and power seem to suggest he has plenty more left in the tank - so we should well see plenty more goals from him between now and May, which could easily see him finish as our top scorer.
My own vote went to David Nugent, as my thinking is once he scores that first goal - watch out Leeds on Tuesday! - there will be no stopping him as his confidence will soar.
What the poll asked - Who do you think will finish as this seasons top scorer?
How you voted - Utaka 41%, Benjani 25%, We've not signed him yet 12%, Nugent 11%, Kanu 9%, Taylor 1%, Other 1%
Current Poll - Pompey had their first England call ups for more than 20 years recently, then last week David James became the first Pompey star to win an England cap for 23 years.
It was great to see not one, but two call ups for the national side, but many could not help but think that maybe there should have been at least one more, with this man being Matty Taylor.
With injuries to contend with Nicky Shorey was the preferred option, but did not seem to do himself that much credit, so should Taylor have been in instead - that is what Maniak101 wants to know? 'Should McClaren have brought in Matty Taylor instead of Shorey for the recent game against Germany?' Let the poll do the talking before we do when it finishes.
