Pompey debate of the day (21/08/07)

Today's hot topic of debate for the fellowship of Vital Pompey, is surrounding the current 'reported' number one Pompey target Papa Bouba Diop.

Fulham told the big Senegalese international on Monday that he could go - reports now claim that Pompey are closing in on his signature but is he 1) wanted and 2) needed?

Not sure how to add a link so sorry about having to cut and paste this... http://www.lep.co.uk/ViewArticle.aspx?sectionid=75&articleid=3125730 But have you ever read such a load of utter crap in your life? It says pompey AXED Nugent and so are to sell him straight on to Derby for £6M, why cant the sick media muggles leave Pompey alone.

its just all of the 'unsettle pompey' theme isnt it Midge. teams like pompey are threatening to break the monopoly many clubs have over the game - and a monopoly, that despite the medias claims to the contrary, is something they too love and dont want to see broken, hence their attempted unstabilising attempts... you sum it up perfectly Et_tu_Pompeii!
