Vital Fantasy Football - 'Pompey mini league'
After the latest round of Premiership matches of the 2007/08 season the current leader in the Vital Fantasy Football 'Pompey mini league' is maradona_kebab with 57 points, who jumps from 5th - 1st. Closely behind on 56 points each are Bluoo Toooth Bashers - up from 7th - 2nd and Always Victory - a non mover in 3rd.
The fellas are staking early claims for champions league qualification, with all 3 in the top 40 of over 3000 entries overall, congratulations!

I redeemed myself slightly this week as I moved away from my 2nd bottom in the mini league up to 25th, also up from 2728th - 2170th place overall!

'Pompey predictions league'
The predictions in the Pompey Predictions League were not bad overall for the United game, with one perfect score!
After predicting a 1-1 draw with Benjani scoring this saw auntwallop pick up 6 points, as the prediction was also spot on in all areas - result, score and goalscorer - a bonus 5 points was also gained to give a mighty 11 points in total, which also took them from 12th up to 1st place overall.
ndux predicted a draw and a 1-1 score at that so 4 points moved them onto 6 points overall and up from 4th - 2nd. pentonpompey slips from 1st - 4th and Chix climbs a place to 3rd.
It is still not too late to get involved - and judging by what auntwallop pulled off this week even if you only join now a perfect score against Bolton on Saturday could see you rocket straight into the leading pack, if not the head of the field.

£20 down on the season already and i am clearly never going to get out of the prediction league relegation dogfight until i can accept Benji has become a half decent striker,

my bets since the fulham win in the barclays asia trophy have all let me down - we drew with liverpool, derby and united, when i had money on each occassion for us to win... i will claw it back tho! altho im doing okay in the predictions lge, my belief in benji is paying off :)
