i have too...with an almoost identical team to yours rug. (and i put in subs). My thinking was that gary o'neil and john utaka will be exchanging places down the right all season, with gary sometimes moving inside - which is why i only had him as a sub, rahter than starting.

adding subs and all, impressive mate! my thinking is had we been at home utaka would have started, but being away i think 'arry may leave him on the bench and bring o'neil in...

im beggining to think you may be right - and actualy, nugent could start on the bench too, with lualua and benji upfront - leaving my starting 11 for a time when we are in a slightly more comftable time in the season (home games, not against the top 4 etc.)

We'll go 4-5-1. Stop them playing. hit them on the break. I would hope us to win. 3-1.

Solving that goalie quandary

I'm not sure our problem with finding a 'regular' no.1 last season was behind our failure to gain promotion from league two was it? Clearly it didn't help mind.

Pompey's attacking intent

Something Pompey (attacking intent) will look to show next season to get out of league two once and for all. Smith came in from Swindon last week but Cookie wants another striker.
