On the birthday front. Saw them all. Perrett was decent enough for the standard we were at but never going to set the world alight. Vincent was an over priced disaster, bought by Steve Claridge, paid some £3/4 million for a left back, who was awful, Mandaric never gave SC any more money after that. Vincent being 'in te squad', I don't think play ed for us under HR & certainly was no where near starting in the promotion season, let alone in the prem, but contractally he had a massive increase in wages on the back of it!!! Belhadj we remember with fondness, great pace, scored goals though lost is cool on a few occasions, the best of three by a mile.
