Everybody wants 'clarity'...

...and its not too much to ask for is it really!?

So, we know that the court case over Fratton Park will take place in mid-April, at the latest.

That in itself is pretty worrying considering the football league says we have to get our house in order by the time the meet in the summer with next season in mind.

Chances are, appeals and counter appeals will go in whatever the eventual outcome is when this case takes place - that will of course cause further delays!

Getting things sorted out by the time the football leagues AGM takes place, in June I think, seems like it is going to be tough either way?

Guy Whittingham, who has also reiterated his desire to lead us in the longer-term, has asked for this to clarify certain 'grey areas'.

With Balram Chainrai asking for this too, with clarity given as to what the 'softened approach' the football league has now decided to go with as far as alternative bids go actually is.

Something needs sorting, and as ever sooner rather than later, although - again as ever! - chances are things will take a while...

I have to say that I liked the comments that Colin Farmery came out with today though, for someone who has no association with Chainrai he seems to know a fair bit about Keith Harris' bid!

It goes into 'conspiracy theory' territory again but it all just seems too convenient that Chainrai knows so much about Harris' bid with the threats of possibly legal action being taken if the best offer for creditors is not met.

Granted these creditors do deserve the best deal but as much as you can say why can we not say the Harris bid would be different I am along the lines that Harris' bid is more likely to end up the same way as most other takeovers in recent years and the only ones to benefit really are those that could 'take money out' of the club as opposed to putting it in.

Its so, so tiresome now though isn't it...
