Pompey predictions league update #28

The Pompey predictions league continued in midweek when Notts County were the latest side to came to Fratton.

Expectancy levels were not high, after all Notts County had already beaten us twice this season!

They completed a hat-trick with a couple of late goals seeing them through to a 2-0 win.

Most felt we would lose, in fact jsander48, uspompeyfan and PompeyJake were all right in predicting the 2-0 defeat so all collected 20pts.

The 20pts from jsander48 was enough to see them regain top spot on 130pts in total ahead of pompeymart1968, who collected 5pts, who drops to 2nd on 125pts. Reigning 3-time champion uspompeyfan moved up to 3rd after 20pts, catching up with the leaders on 125pts overall.

After the Notts County game it also meant it was predictor of the month time again.

There was a three-way tie between uspompeyfan, PompeyJake and Morgan, who all collected 25pts for the month. As always there could only be one winner, so a name was needed to be randomly drawn!

This name drawn was uspompeyfan.

This is how the table, of over 40 at present, currently stands:
