Court no go! Mysterious case adjournment

Court no go! Mysterious case adjournment

The proposed High Court hearing, scheduled for tomorrow and Friday has been adjourned! A 'tweet' from The PST said: 'Tomorrow's court case has been adjourned. We'll let you know when we find out why. £Pompey.'

PST spokesman Colin Farmery added: 'we're all scratching our heads and trying to work out what is going on.

'We will have to wait for the court to open in the morning.'

What is happening seems unknown, although it seems that Balram Chainrai is trying to have a new administrator appointed?

The adjournment is not down to PKF or The PST though by all accounts.

Will this nightmare EVER end...

Sky Sports News have just had Brendan Guilfoyle on, an administrator who oversaw the admins at Palace and Plymouth Argyle. He is now being put forward by Portpin as an alternative administrator as they feel PKF haven't sold the club as they should, and they will fund us until the end of this season. He also stated that it was PKFs solicitors that were calling for the adjournment and that despite requesting information, Portpins solicitors were also in the dark as to the reason why. The plot once again thickens and tests our resolve once again.

Ask Plymouth fans about Guilfoyle....they hate him. About as bad as getting Androniku back.

"Referring to the story emanating from the Trust about the adjournment, Guilfoyle added: 'There has been a late development this evening, in that I'm told the solicitors acting for PKF have requested an adjournment because they have a major problem with their case." Another Birch balls-up?

Nobby probably best to check before typing- lest you look a fool and worse prove it. Think it was clear it was PKF and its related to the true state of the bid mate

From skint and non-existent Arabs to skint and REL Ltd's. One disolved and the other dormant. And I thought we were entering a new chapter....ha ha ha...

No Crawley return for Tubbs

Tubbs doesn't have a future at Pompey, he's on the transfer-list but offloading him could be difficult given his wages. These wouldn't be anywhere within Crawley's reach.

Pitfalls of Sheffield Wednesday loanee returning

As Catlin put it 'the gamble' of aiming sign Sheffield Wednesday loanee Lavery has to be one Pompey fans understand. It isn't as cut and dried as saying 'he's a free agent' sign him!

Lassie coming home...well sort of!

A-box-to-box player, capable of defensive duties, with ability to burst forward with intent to make things happen - Diarra is Pompey's man and wants an England return. I jest of course!

Will pair stay at Fratton?

It's been made (more than once) clear by Catlin Pompey want Davies & Hollands to stay. Both (also more than once) have said they want to this - deals have to be right for all concerned.
