Pompey had to settle for a 1-1 draw with Spurs in our latest Barclays Premiership match, what about the others.

Fulham 0-0 Watford
This game will be remembered for the horrendous fall former Southampton goalkeeper Antti Niemi took for Fulham. Watford's Tamas Priskin (90) saw red for two bookable offences.

Liverpool 3-0 Bolton
Second half goals from Peter Crouch (61), Steven Gerrard (63) and Dirk Kuyt (83) gave Liverpool a comfortable victory over Bolton in the early LIVE SKY Sports clash.

Man City 2-1 Everton
City made it three straight victories thanks two a brace from Georgios Samaras (50 & 72 penalty). Everton pulled one back late on through Leon Osman (84).

Middlesbrough 3-1 Sheff Utd
Middlesbrough seem to win one then lose one, they won one this time! Mark Viduka (36) opened the scoring before Phil Jagielka (45) penalty levelled things. A double from Yakubu (69 & 76 penalty) gave Boro three points.

Newcastle 2-2 Man Utd
The evening LIVE SKY Sports match saw James Milner (33) give Newcastle a surprise lead before a Paul Scholes brace (40 & 45) turned the game. 19-year-old David Edgar (74) rescued a point for the Geordies.

Reading 6-0 West Ham
Reading hit West Ham for six! Brynjar Gunnarsson (12), Stephen Hunt (15) and own goal from Anton Ferdinand (30) and Kevin Doyle (36) had Reading 4-0 up by half time. Leroy Lita (53) and Doyle`s (78) second completed the scoring.

Wigan 0-3 Blackburn
Wigan succumbed to another defeat. An own goal from Emile Heskey (37) was added tow in the second half by Matt Derbyshire (58) and Benni McCarthy (76) from the penalty spot.

Arsenal 4-0 Charlton
Thierry Henry returned and his influence helped earn Arsenal a comfortable victory. Osei Sankofa (29) was sent off for a foul which gave Arsenal a penalty Henry (30) converted, Justin Hoyte (45) and a Robin Van Persie brace (76) penalty & 90 wrapped things up.

Aston Villa 0-0 Chelsea
Stuttering Chelsea were held to a draw by specialists Aston Villa in the LIVE SKY Sports game missing out on their chance to close the gap at the top.
