Milan's Rushed Bid

Milan's Rushed Bid

Milan Mandaric has confirmed that he has made an offer to buy Leicester City Football Club. Milan, who left Portsmouth in September, has said that this offer has been rushed due to interest in investment into the club.

'I feel I have made a fair and generous offer to acquire Leicester City Football Club from the present shareholders.

'Following other interest in the club I have had to accelerate takeover plans.'

'My aim is to re-awaken Leicester City and aspire to the dreams of their passionate supporters and bring Premiership football back to the club at the earliest opportunity."

Milan is thought to have tabled a bid of about £25 million…

Despite what he did for us, Leicester are 1 of 2 teams I hoped he wouldn't go to.

You are right Foxin - most Pompey fans shouldn't hate Leicester. Perhaps it's because we just couldn't beat you in our Promotion and Premiership campaigns together. I don't dislike Leicester so fail to see why others do. If Milan's bid is accepted I hope both he and you do well together. He was our saviour so he could be yours too.

good luck to Milan, most of us dont hate the Foxes (although we remember their treachery in the rain one night). Their vital site has had many supportive hits from Pompey fans. I Milan takes over I hope they get promotion, LoL :-) we should be confident enough to look forward to taking the 6 points.

Shouldn't have to justify why some of us dislike Lestah but we do. Midland scum.
