Security Fears To Force Match Delay

Havant and Waterlooville were due to play their F.A Cup first round match with Millwall on the 11th of November, however… Portsmouth are playing at home against Fulham that day though.

Hampshire Police and Havant and Waterlooville are expected to announce that the game will be moved to the 12th of November on security reasons tomorrow. It could have resulted in clashes between Millwall and Pompey fans.

This does enable Portsmouth fans to attend the match however and if you`re interested in going ring the club on 023 92 787822

That is great organising by Hampshire Police. That now allows all the Pompey fans to go to H&W and have a punch-up with Millwall fans. If they played on the same day at the same time that would then mean all True Pompey fans would be at the match rather than looking for revenge from banning us from The New Den. If Hampshire Police resources are low draft extra cover in from West Sussex. (May be Fulham would also like a scrape with Millwall lol)

If you want fan organisation then ask the fans not the FA or the bloody Police. Look at the overtime the police will get that weekend and it's us the tax payer that is going to pay for those trouble makers to come South. Best solutions is ban the F**kers from travelling to the ground.

Sounds like the police need a bit of pre xmas overtime. I'm sure whatever happens, Millwall will find some form of 'welcolming party' waiting for them in Havant.

Most true football fans won't be looking for trouble. Your brain dead chav will be. As likely to give a Millwall fan a good kicking as you or I on Saturday nite, after too many lemonades, for just looking at him.

I wonder if the Millwall fans will remember the 5-0 belting we dished them out without our fans in attendance. How that must have hurt. They are a bad bunch that lot - the worst around.

Millwall playing anywhere in the Pompey heartland would be trouble whatever day it was played but in West Leigh it could be world war 3. I'm inclined to agree it would have been better for both matches to go off at the same time but even then the two grounds aren't that far apart and if they want a fight they'll have one.
