'If It's Football, It's Vital'

You want him; you pay for him!

So, The Mail is now reporting that not only do Blackpool want Appy as their manager they want him as their manager without paying any compensation for him!

Apparently terms have been agreed for him to become their new manager but a game of 'brinkmanship' is seeing them refuse to pay the 200,000 compensation that is wanted for him.

The argument, by all accounts, is that a lack of payment to him from Pompey at times should mean he is free to leave on his terms...

If Appy wants out - which if he has agreed terms with them he does - then it would be best that he went, but went on our terms with compo paid! After all that is the norm!

Non-payment at times or not we should be entitled to a compensation payment if they want to take him from us, and he wants to go. Obviously their situation is different to ours but they demanded, and got, some 500,000 from Palace for Ian Holloway so we should get something for Appy.

If you want to stay Appy, state as much and commit if not then the sooner a deal is agreed with Blackpool the better.

Whatever is happening lets just get it done quickly and not see yet another situation with PFC drag on...

Even 200 quid is way too much judging on that crap i just sat through. Let him go as long as he takes 11 muppets that cant pass to anyone wearing the same shirt with him.
