Dicko's back!! Carl of course
Carl Dickinson has returned to Pompey on loan from Watford. The left back who played thirty nine times on loan from Stoke in 2010/11 has signed for an initial month.
The news will have mixed opinions from Pompey fans some who loved his 100% commitment while others thought he was a loose cannon waiting to go off.
However Pompey are a division lower and Carl two years old, so let us hope it is the perfect match. With John Harley now playing further forward it will allow Mustapha Dumbaya to return to right back and free Lee Williamson to move back into midfield.
He will of course become the current Pompey player with the most appearances with thirty nine - at present Ashley Harris holds that honour with fifteen. Carl will wear number fifteen.
Dicko goes straight into the squad at Stevenage tomorrow night.
The loan was enabled by the return of Jordan Obita to Reading following a family tradegy.
