Rebuilding to begin

It has been confirmed that Appy has been 'given permission' to bring in players.

Short-term 1-month contracts can be signed by players with 'up to as many as 10' possibly arriving by the time Pompey face Bournemouth at the weekend!

The arrivals could include trialist Izale McLeod, Mustapha Dumbuya, Jon Harley, Luke Rodgers, Brian Howard, Jack Compton, Kieran Djilali and Liam Walker

Simon Eastwood, signed on non-contract terms ahead of the Plymouth game, is also one that could sign a 'proper' contract.

Lee Williamson, who had a great season with Sheffield United last time round, is training with us having turned down a new contract with them recently and is another that could sign?

I would guess that we can now assume that we have enough funds to keep us going for at least another month then...
