Leeds to the rescue (again) as Chuck joins them

Leeds to the rescue (again) as Chuck joins them

Leeds continue to ride to the rescue as they have signed a third player from us, also bringing in a player released by us, by 'agreeing a deal' to sign Chuck.

His departure to Elland Road, to join many a familiar face, will be complete 'subject to a medical', and that should be a mere formality.

Another that we needed to go has just about gone, the main problems still look likely to be Tal Ben-Haim, Kanu and Dave Kitson...

According to Admin Andy we are 'only' £250,000 away from agreeing a compromise package with TBH though?

Good luck Chuck, you will forever remain in our memories thanks to 'that goal' against Scum last season...

Duo sign professional Pompey deals

Will Jez Bedford and Theo Widdrington be the future Pompey midfield? We'll certainly hope so, clearly the Blues do too or they wouldn't have signed professional deals at Fratton Park.

Nathan Thompson - A Swindon perspective

Main man for Pompey? I wouldn't think so

Harsh? Maybe, but do I really feel ex-Middlesbrough, Doncaster and Oldham forward Main will be in Pompey's 1st team, becoming a key member of Jackett's starting XI? Well, no.
