'If It's Football, It's Vital'

If this does not work, nothing will!

All manor of things have been tried in recent months, by fans, management, administrators or even players themselves to try and convince the players remaining to do 'right' by Portsmouth Football Club and agree a compromise deal to move on.

Without players moving on in the next couple of weeks, brinkmanship aside, it very much does seem as though PFC (as we know it) will be no more...

Rightly or wrongly with what they do, and in many cases you have to see it somewhat from the players' point of view too, 'common decency' is something that is all that can very well prevent this club from dying now!

The final throw of the dice has come from the fans again.

An SOS Pompey letter is being handed out to the players as a final plea to them to do the right thing and move on - it is not blaming them, it shows an empathy with them but is desperately begging them to move on and give this proud club, of 114-years, a chance to live on.

But will they...

The letter's worth a try, but I don't hold out much hope. If TBH had a shred of decency, he would have f'd off years ago. Instead he makes childish comments about the administrator, while he watches OUR club die.

Can't see TBH or *****son being shamed by what is basically emotional blackmail... even if it is warranted. Trouble is... as much as it sticks in the craw, PFC (past negotiators) are just as much to blame for this ludicrous situation as the supposed "greedy" players holding PFC to their Premier/Championship League contracts. Nobody on this board needs me to tell them this is one unholy mess, but we are in the "end game" now and as such the brinkmanship will only ratchet up more before the finale...
