Nicely done Ashley!

Someone that has committed their future to Pompey is, as most would have expected, Ashley Harris.

The young attacker broke into the 1st team at the tail end of last season - his 2nd half showing against Doncaster was fantastic and really helped us turn that game around - and immediately looked like the kind of player we needed.

He will now spent the next 2-years, at least, with Pompey as a professional contract for that duration has been signed.

Harris is likely to have quite a part to play in our 2012/13 season and is exactly the type of character Pompey needs around as he is young, hungry, eager and has a definite desire to want to play for this club.
