Preston moved to 5pm on Good Friday

The ink had barely dried on the fixture lists, and if any of you had printed them off you might want to make an amendment, before Pompey saw a change made last week...

Although this change could arguably be a good thing, well it will at least give our squad - whatever that makeshift one may be! - extra time between games to recover anyway!

Having initially had Good Friday off Pompey will now be playing Preston on this date, Friday 29th March, instead of Saturday 30th although the kick-off was going to remain at 3pm... That was until today when the kick-off time was also changed, it will now be 5pm.

Sometime away I know, and there is not a cast iron assurance that we will start the season - but the outcome of the CVA meeting means its 'more likely' - but at least it gives fans, for once, plenty of notice and allows plans for a potential weekend away to be made well in advance without fear or this being altered at the last minute...
