Season tickets scheduled soon

As it stands ANY revenue that Portsmouth Football Club can have, or at least have proof of a revenue coming in, is a must...

Obviously there is no assurance there will be a club for next season, although I remain quietly confident that there will be, season ticket money is something that is needed - and as fans you also want to know more about this, right?

You can argue that we will literally (well maybe) have no players left and whilst you want to see a team that can be in some way competitive you buy a season ticket to support the club really do you not, so as long as the prices are reflective of things I suspect those that really want to get one will!

Details on these will be released soon, with this money 'ring fenced' to protect us.

By at least being able to sell season tickets, and season ticket packages, that proof of income from that area is demonstrated isn't it.

This, below, was issued on The Pompey Site on Tuesday...

Season Tickets Update

Season tickets for Pompey's 2012/13 season are scheduled to go on sale by early June.

Members of the Supporters Conference will be consulted by the club before the new prices are set.

While the future of the club remains uncertain, income from season ticket sales will be ring-fenced in a trust bank account controlled by the administrators, ensuring supporters' monies are protected.

Seasonal hospitality packages, main match sponsorship and match ball sponsorship packages are now on sale for 2012/13.Two new hospitality packages in the Victory Members Bar and Montgomery Lounge have been introduced.

For details on main match sponsorship, click here. For details on match ball sponsorship, click here.

Advertising rates for space at Fratton Park, in the matchday magazine and on the club's official website have also been released for 2012/13. Click here for details.

Again, while the future of the club remains uncertain all revenue will be ring-fenced in a trust bank account controlled by the administrators, ensuring all customers' monies are protected.

Your Comments

Being the representative on the Supporters Conference I need to know YOUR views. Remember the club must survive on the income it receives but costs must be slashed to the bone. What do you think then lads and lassies?
