2008 & our last game before the cup final. The win gave Fulham survival & sent Reading down, we had our minds very much on other things.

Ditto to Matt just the one home game only.

1979 Darlington the crowd of 1,140 was the lowest to watch a Pompey league game anywhere!! And we lost!

HAng on a cotton picking moment though I was at Huddersfield in 1985 when Pompey had to win and hope Citeh lost to Charlton to win promotion. Citeh won 5-1 but we had a great day until we heard about the Bradford fire just a few miles down the road - that was a desperately sad day for the whole of football.

Worthy of a new deal?

So, Danny Rose, as we know, isn't going to play again this season. As things stand this would mean he'll not pull on a Pompey shirt again as his contract expires in the summer.
