Oh where to start, it's one of those end of season days. I was there at Northampton in 1980, 13 years old with my mates & their older brothers, went up on some beat up mini bus, fantastic as we won & were promoted, taking the 4th & final promotion spot. For many of it was our first promotion & our slow way back, memorable day. The home win in 1986 was irrelevant as we just missed out on promotion. As in 1980, mad scenes at Bradford in 1998 as the win under Alan Ball saved us from relegation and sent Man City down to the third tier, now whatever happened to them???
