Lots of games today, too many before my time, though Dave will have double figures. Ok, at Palace in 1989, with radio & inflatable, remember those? So the news was coming through of the events at Hillsbrough. To happier times, the win over a stubborn Burnlet in 2003, to clinch our promotion to the prem, what a night, what scenes. And a much needed win in 2006 as the great escape continued.

Riley Explains Postponements

It doesn't happen often in the Premier League or Championship thesedays, but League's 1 & 2 still suffer the odd postponement owing to the weather and Mike Riley...

Finest in the Football League

I don't hide how highly I rate Chaplin. I feel he's the best striker in league two - better than most in league one. Cook said he is the best goalscorer outside the Premier League.
