Harry: Sol Will Love Pompey Fans

Harry: Sol Will Love Pompey Fans

Harry Redknapp has told Sol Campbell that he will fall in love with the fans.

Redknapp said: 'He hasn't come here for the money. He walked away from a contract at Arsenal worth God knows how many millions. He walked away from it for whatever reason and just wants to play.

'I told him 'You'll love it here. Come and enjoy your football'.

'This must have given him a big lift. No matter what you've done in the game, if you get 20,000 people singing your name and making you feel welcome, it's got to be good.

'Life is about confidence and there's nothing like being told 'Well done'.

'I've known Sol since he was 15 and, though he may have had a few problems, I have found him top-class.'

Can we come up with a better song Pompey Fans lol.

I thought the song was typical Pompey, certainly made us chuckle when we heard it for the first time.

Weds am my time, GOOD Spurs v Sheff. Utd. I will be awake, maybe I can report a 3-0 win to you guys. Pompey win v Blackburn certainly does Spurs no damage, imagine if I came to regret that.
