Devon based Pompey fans are being given the opportunity to attend a meeting arranged in the area to discuss the proposed Pompey buyout by Pompey fans - read on for more.
From the off I want to make it clear that I am not trying to 'alienate' any Pompey fans outside of Devon, but this article is looking for Devon based Pompey fans specifically for a reason.
As you may, or may not, know I am - and have been for 20-odd years - based in Devon these days.
What you might also know, or not, is that a good friend of mine Ken Malley is also based in Devon.
So what you might say?
Well Ken is also part of The Pompey Supporters Trust!
Devon exiled fans might be unable to get close enough to Portsmouth, in many cases, often enough to get face-to-face answers about The Trusts' proposals for a fan based takeover at Portsmouth Football Club, so an opportunity is being given to Pompey fans based in our neck of the woods to get answers, straight from the horses mouth as it were...
Ken is willing to organise a meeting for these fans, in Plymouth or Exeter perhaps, that would like to meet up with him and get some answers on the proposal being put forward.
To do this though, and it would have to be pretty soon really, he wants to know if enough Devon based fans would be interested in such a meeting?
If you have questions that you want answering in person then please leave some comments below expressing you interest in attending a meeting if it can be organised?
Alternatively contact Ken direct via email (email Ken here) and a meeting will be organised if enough show an interest.
There are plenty of Devon based Pompey fans so if you want answers, face-to-face, from someone involved first hand with The Trust now is your chance - show no interest and this meeting will not happen and your chance potentially lost...
