'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Dare we dream!?

Could it be?
Is it really possible?
Can a man we have wanted to go for so long finally be on his way?

Who, you ask?

Tal Ben-Haim.

Perhaps it is an injury, but for TBH to not only drop out of the starting XI tonight, but not be on the bench is it possible that a loan deal to take him elsewhere is in the offing?

On The Pompey Site his absence from the squad is not mentioned as an injury just that 'he drops out of the squad' and he did not travel with the squad either.

No one in their right mind is going to take him on 36,000 p/w wages are they?

Although could it be possible to offload him with us covering 16,000-20,000 even though he is not here and another club to pay the rest. This would make sense - then again no loan fee but covering his wages would still be a good deal for us! As I say though who would pay his wages in full...

In his defence, on the whole, TBH has had a very good season but still not proven himself worthy of the money he is getting paid, well should be getting paid.

Chances are an injury has been picked up but fingers crossed someone has come in to take him on loan...

Of course I have no basis for this, and it is likely that I am just putting two and two together and getting 36,000!

And don't forget he still has another year on his contract - we need him gone for good if we are to find a 'buyer'.
