'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Ticket prices cut to help 'Pack the Park'

With Pompey literally 'on the verge' it is essential that we get as many people into Fratton Park for our remaining home games this season as possible.

Quite literally every penny counts at the moment!

In an effort to increase ticket sales prices have been cut by £5 for Leeds' visit tomorrow, meaning they will now cost £25 for adults, £17 for seniors (60+) and young persons (17-22) and £10 for juniors (U17). Family Enclosure ticket, adults must be accompanied by a junior, are £20 for adults, £10 for seniors and young persons and £5 for juniors.

As is human nature you are bound to get a degree of 'what about me, I paid my full price for a ticket?'

So, with that in mind the club are producing vouchers to give you £5 off the game against Birmingham next month if you have already paid the full price.

I would doubt that few will begrudge people paying less though, will they?

It is a sensible move and a move that should have already been looked at to be honest, the £2 admin fee for tickets is also being scrapped.

Come on guys PLEASE come along tomorrow if you can!

I know football is expensive, and viewed as a 'luxury' for many these days given the financial climate, but there might not be many more games left, even fewer if we cannot 'Pack the Park' for our remaining home games!

Also, rest assured that you will not be seeing you money going into anyone's pocket that does not deserve it - all the money generated is going to go towards literally keeping the club afloat...
