Ta Ta Ted!! New administrators appointed

Pompey will not be having UHY Hacker and Young as the administrators this time round - the application to block them has been successful.

Admin Andy can now leave the building!

Trevor Birch and Brian Johnson will be the administrators this time round.

I cannot say that I am disappointed in the least to see UHY Hacker and Young not acting as administrators this time, for me there was too much of a connection to Balram Chainrai and that, again for me, leads to a conflict of interests, which it certainly would have anyway with them acting as administrators for CSI and Portsmouth Football Club!

Lets just hope that Birch and Johnson can sort us out once and for all eh...

Some good news & common sense. AA was a Chanrai puppet. Here's hoping the new chaps kick some ass & give us a chance to find a new owner.

PS. Great fan of AC/DC so good to see Brian Johnson on board!!!

AA's bill also is only to CSI and not the club
dedmans
This is as it should be with his link to BC. Good luck to all of you who support the Blue side of Hampshire.

Isn't there now a conflict of administrators here. Does the CSI administrator have to approve the clubs administrtor actions in any way? Could he reject any proposals of sale if the monies does not meets CSI's requirements forcing the club to fold?

Good riddance to AA. I couldn't live with all his empty utterances a second time, although he's been trying to do it via CSI. That's a good point IHMWG, although I don't think he could veto a reasonable offer.

IHMW .. I hate exactly the same thought

With two administrations, does the second nullify the first? If so the above concerns are justified. The alternative is that you run both in tandem, difficult when we had trouble paying the first. Hope all this makes sense, can you have administrations ad infinitem?

Eh?

Wonder who we will get next time around? Apparently Chanrai had put up 500,00 if AA had been appointed.
