After my nightmare at the airport return from Greece yesterday, I am back in my role as the editor of the best Pompey site on the web. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Rug and the rest of the team for last weeks superb work!
The highlight of my holiday wasn`t the amazing temperature or the thrilling night club. It was when I logged onto Vital Pompey to see we had signed Sol Campbell, yes he will be used to attract a higher class of player but he is also a top class defender.

its a lesson on spelling, punctuation and grammar! hehe, joking. what are words that sound the same but are spelt differently and have different meanings? les, am i ALLOWED to say that you spelt allowed wrong? :)

Welcome back Les, Glad you had a good time mate. I got back from Magaluf on thursday, the day of the airport crisis. It was mad. Looks like the players are following suit now. Lets hope we can get a few more signatures before the start of the season.
