Pompey predictions league update #24

Pompey predictions league update #24

The Pompey predictions league continued last weekend with Pompey tasting defeat for the first time at home in several months.

I guess, given West Ham's league position, some 'expected' defeat and that was what we got, a narrow 1-0 one helped in part by our own performance and also by that of our 'friend' the ref Kevin Friend!

We went into this fairly confident so not that many scored, although one member did get a perfect score. So the 14pts from jsander48 saw them climb into 2nd place overall.

Again he did not score but PompeyFrippy retained top spot for a 24th game running on 78pts overall.

This is how the table, of 56 at present, currently stands:

Duo sign professional Pompey deals

Will Jez Bedford and Theo Widdrington be the future Pompey midfield? We'll certainly hope so, clearly the Blues do too or they wouldn't have signed professional deals at Fratton Park.
